2. Data collected
The only personal data collected directly is your email address, provided voluntarily when registering for the ForMApp waiting list or through the contact form. Google Analytics 4 also collects pseudonymised browsing data (truncated IP address, pages visited, session duration, traffic source). This data does not allow direct identification.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes: – Managing the waiting list and sending communications about the ForMApp launch (legal basis: consent — Art. 6.1.a GDPR); – Responding to your requests via the contact form (legal basis: legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures — Art. 6.1.b/f GDPR); – Audience measurement and website improvement via Google Analytics 4 (legal basis: consent — Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with the following processors: – Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France: contact list management and email communications. Brevo processes your data within the European Union; – Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA: audience analytics via Google Analytics 4 (pseudonymised data).
5. International transfers
The use of Google Analytics 4 involves a transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can review the applicable safeguards at policies.google.com.
6. Retention periods
– Email address (Brevo): retained until you unsubscribe or, at most, 3 years after last contact; – Google Analytics 4 browsing data: retained for 14 months (as configured in the GA4 property), in line with data protection authority recommendations.
