1. Object and scope
These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern access to and use of the website formapp.info ('the Website'), published by Centre Kinico, Rue Ernest Solvay 225, 4000 Liège, Belgium (VAT: BE1000461562). The Website is currently in pre-launch phase. It allows visitors to register for a waiting list and submit enquiries via a contact form. Use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services offered
As of the effective date of these Terms, the Website offers exclusively: – Registration for the ForMApp waiting list, to be among the first informed about the platform launch; – A contact form to send enquiries to the ForMApp team. No user account is created at this stage. The ForMApp platform (mobile application and web interface for trainers) is not yet publicly available.
3. Waiting list registration
Registration is free and non-binding. It requires a valid email address. By registering, you consent to receiving communications about the ForMApp launch. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting contact@formapp.info.
4. User obligations
The user agrees to: – Provide accurate and truthful information when using the contact form or registering; – Not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or immoral purposes; – Not attempt to disrupt the technical operation of the Website (attacks, injections, abusive scraping…); – Respect the intellectual property rights of the publisher and third parties.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Website (texts, visuals, logos, source code, architecture, names) are the exclusive property of Centre Kinico or are subject to duly obtained licences. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, under applicable Belgian copyright law.
6. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided 'as is'. The publisher endeavours to ensure the availability and accuracy of published information, but cannot be held liable for service interruptions, errors or omissions, or for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Website. Hyperlinks to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement of their content.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, in particular the Code of Economic Law (Book VI) and applicable consumer protection provisions. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts of the judicial district of Liège (Belgium) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of Belgian consumers under the Code of Economic Law.
